This little vinyl feels like it was made for me. So much fantastic music spanning so much of Konami’s history as a classic video game company. Half of this vinyl is dedicated to two of my favorites though, Ganbare Goemon, AKA Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon, and the classic shmup Gradius, and a half point for the Salamander music as well. The album is rounded out by music from TwinBee and Yie-Ar Kung Fu. Not exactly the cream of the crop if you asked Western Konami fans, but that is all the more reason why we need this chill mood from Konami and PhonoCo, when else is TwinBee getting pressed to vinyl?
