About us: The Video Game Jazz Ensemble is a student-lead ensemble at Michigan Technological University that was co-founded in November 2019 by Sean Hanson and Ryan Briggs. The group is dedicated to arranging and playing music from video games and other popular media. Starting with just three members then, the band has since grown to over 20 members across all instruments, majors, and years of study.
