Otakon, happening July 29-31, announces long time video game composer Harumi Fujita as Guest Of Honor

If you are a game music fan in the Washington D.C. area this July, then you can be in the presence of Harumi Fujita, composer for classic Capcom games all the way up to the present day. She is one of the guests at this year’s Otakon.

The Otakon anime convention has announced its latest guest of honor in legendary video game soundtrack composer Harumi Fujita. Fujita is best known to Western gamers of a certain age for her work in Capcom's earliest video game releases, particularly their lineup of Disney games released on the Nintendo Entertainment System. Later on, she also composed the music for Ghouls n' Ghosts, Final Fight, Tomba! and her most recent work in Spidersaurs, developed by WayForward.
